Identification Over Compound Multiple-Input Multiple-Output Broadcast Channels

چکیده
The identification capacity region of the compound broadcast channel is determined under an average error criterion, where sender has no state information. We give single-letter formulas for discrete channels and multiple-input multiple-output Gaussian input constraint. theorems apply to general memoryless channels. This in contrast transmission setting, only known special cases, notably degraded multipleinput with private messages. Furthermore, can be larger than region. a departure from single-user behavior identification, since equals capacity.

On the capacity of multiple input multiple output broadcast channels
Abstract— We consider a multi-user multiple input multiple output (MIMO) Gaussian broadcast channel (BC), where the transmitter and receivers have multiple antennas. Since the MIMO broadcast channel is in general a non-degraded broadcast channel, its capacity region remains an unsolved problem. In this paper, we establish a duality between what is termed the “dirty paper” achievable region (the...

We determine the power-allocation policy that maximizes the mutual information for general multiple-input multipleoutput Gaussian channels with arbitrary input distributions, by capitalizing on the recent relationship between mutual information and minimum mean squared error (MMSE). In this context, we put forth a novel interpretation of the optimal powerallocation procedure that generalizes th...
متن کاملEqualization and Decoding for Multiple-Input Multiple-Output Wireless Channels
We consider multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) wireless communication systems that employ multiple transmit and receive antennas to increase the data rate and achieve diversity in fading multipath channels. We begin by focusing on an uncoded system and define optimal and suboptimal receiver structures for this system in Rayleigh fading with and without intersymbol interference. Next, we cons...
متن کاملEfficient Reliable Data Broadcast over Multiple Channels
The broadcast disk is a useful technique for distributing data to many clients simultaneously. A central server fixes a set of data and a schedule for sending it, and then repeatedly sends the data according to the schedule. Clients listen for data until it is broadcast. We look at the problem of scheduling for two separate channels, where each can have a different broadcast schedule. Our metri...
